Our Care Process
Once we have received your enquiry, one of our Care managers will contact you to discuss organising a Care Assessment, free of charge at a convenient time for you.
We will complete a comprehensive care assessment which will include discussing your needs and requirements and completing risk assessments to ensure your safety. We will then provide you with a quote with the outlined costs of the care package that is required.
Together we will complete a person-centred care plan with as much detail as possible, ensuring that you are happy with it and all aspects of care are covered.
We will then identify suitable Daily carers / Live in carer for you, taking personalities, hobbies and interests into consideration in the selection process.
We will then organise for a start date and your care with Gabriel’s Angels will commence
