Gabriel’s Angels have just invested in the installation of a new training facility in their Wokingham branch which is designed to facilitate the training of their care staff in ensuring that they give their customers the best and safest care experience possible.
Jemma McGarry, Business Administration Manager explains further – “ it is really important that both for safety and to surpass the highest standards of compliance and medical protocols that we ensure that our staff are fully trained and conversant with ever changing demands that class leading care agencies such as Gabriel’s Angels are expected to meet”.
“As well as the usual conference style presentation layout we also have equipment within the facility, for example, to train staff on the required handling techniques and process to safely manoeuvre customers with acute care conditions before they go into the customer’s own home”.
Jemma added “we want to make sure that our training sessions take place in the best environment possible to aid the learning experience, so we have also added an additional meeting room, and also a brand-new refreshment and catering area - all of which are all air conditioned”.
“We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in the facility which is also equipped with all the usual conference room facilities such as HD projection, whiteboards, flip charts etc as standard”.
“The facility is not just available for Gabriel’s Angels training, we can hire out the full facility to other health and care companies, as well as other general organisations within our area, who can access this part of the building both confidentially and with secure access”.
