Gabriel’s Angels Ltd was established in 2012 and is a friendly, family run business offering a range of specialist care services.

Based in Wokingham the company was formed by Jacqueline Payne, a former Pediatric and General Nurse with over 10 years’ experience in the NHS and Residential care sector and Jason Payne who has over 20 years senior management experience in large and small organisations from a variety of market sectors.

We are a CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulated family run company delivering high quality, individual person-centred care to our clients who are at the heart of our business.

We are able to provide care from as little as 30 minutes a week right up to 24 hour care or live in care.

Our team

We are committed to our staff and the training that we provide so when we moved in to our own purpose-built premises in Wokingham in 2019, we continued to develop our training and care delivery to our clients.

We have a dedicated training facility to enable us provide outstanding training for all new staff and regular refresher courses for all staff. We pride ourselves in ensuring our carers are trained above and beyond industry standards to ensure that the specialist needs of individuals are met.

We follow a stringent recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our employees are compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) Essential Standards which includes an enhanced DBS check and a thorough induction training programme. All of our carers are fully employed and have full support from us throughout their employment.

Jason Payne

Jason is the co-founder of Gabriel’s Angels with his wife Jacky. Jason comes from a thorough bred background of corporate business management and gained an MBA in 2004.

Jacqueline Payne

Co-founder of Gabriel's Angels with her husband Jason, and Registered Manager with the objective of always striving to provide the same loving care to a Gabriel’s Angels client that their family would give.

Jemma Tommins

Jemma’s role is to ensure that Gabriel’s Angels “back office” functions as efficiently as possible and overseeing our ever expanding workforce and processes as we continue our growth curve.

Lauren Tyrrell

Lauren is the Gabriel’s Angels Camberley Branch Manager in Gabriel’s Angels having previously been the Scheduling Manager in our Wokingham Head Office.

Roshni Chawla

Roshni joined Gabriel’s Angels in January 2025 and now holds the position of Care Operations Manager based in our Wokingham Head Office.

Abigail Maphosa

Abigail has recently been appointed Team Leader in our expanding Camberley branch reporting to Lauren.

Ferne Garner

A recent welcome addition to the Gabriel’s Angels management team, and based in our Wokingham facility, Ferne comes with a strong background in social care.
