We are committed to our staff and the training that we provide so when we moved in to our own purpose-built premises in Wokingham in 2019, we continued to develop our training and care delivery to our clients.
We have a dedicated training facility to enable us provide outstanding training for all new staff and regular refresher courses for all staff. We pride ourselves in ensuring our carers are trained above and beyond industry standards to ensure that the specialist needs of individuals are met.
We follow a stringent recruitment procedure to ensure that all of our employees are compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) Essential Standards which includes an enhanced DBS check and a thorough induction training programme. All of our carers are fully employed and have full support from us throughout their employment.
