My name is Lauren, and I am delighted to join our team as a Care Coordinator. With a strong passion for providing exceptional care and support, I have been working in the care industry for the past six years.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying care needs. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the challenges and joys that come with providing holistic care.
In addition to my practical experience, I am currently undertaking my Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. This further education not only enhances my knowledge but also enables me to stay up to date with the latest best practices, policies, and procedures in the field.
