Who are we and why we process your personal information
Gabriel’s Angels Limited was established in 2012 and offers a range of specialist care services. Our products are not directed to persons under 13.
Due to the works that are undertaken, Gabriel’s Angels is a data controller of your personal information. Personal information means information that is about you or contains enough data in which we can identify you.
We take the collection, usage and security of your personal data seriously. We can only use your personal data if we have a good reason for doing so. The law provides examples of those reasons. These include:

Although you may not be an employee or customer of Gabriel’s Angels, we may hold your personal information because of your relationship with either a customer of Gabriel’s Angels or an employee, who has nominated you as either next of kin or their emergency contact.
If you are a carer please only provide us with personal data on the person you are caring for if you have permission to do so or if it required for us to provide you the services. You should advise us if you do not have permission or do not wish their personal data to be processed in any way.
You may give us information about you when filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you contract our services, report a problem with our site or request further services. Such information may include;

Processing this information allows Gabriel’s Angels to maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, care records and contact details (specifically details of who to contact in the event of an emergency). Gabriel’s Angels is committed to complying with GDPR and this policy. We will continue to monitor our IT hardware and software to ensure your personal data is protected.

Storing Your Personal Data

Who has access to your information
This information is securely stored either in a secure paperless filing system or where we use paper records, in a locked filing cabinet, in a lockable room. Access is restricted to only those who need it and will only be accessed at times deemed to be an emergency. We will decide on a case by case basis what constitutes an emergency.
We have internal policies that strictly control how we manage your personal information. Gabriel’s Angels will not under any circumstances transfer your information to countries outside the European Economic Area.

When we act for Companies
When you have permitted us to process personal data held by you, then you shall ensure that you have the full consent/rights of the data subject that their personal data being passed to us. We employ reasonable physical, technological, and administrative security measures and attempt to ensure they are applicable under the circumstances. Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to witness summons), to protect the property and rights of Gabriel’s Angels or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
If you would like us to delete your details in our system, please contact us in writing with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honour your request within 28 business days. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
What to do if you believe there is a Personal Data Breach
If you suspect there has been a potential or actual breach of your personal data then you should contact us as soon as possible detailing the nature of the breach.
If through the investigation we determine that there has been a personal data breach, then we will take all necessary action in order to rectify the situation and minimise any potential or actual damage caused through such a personal data breach.
