Gabriel’s Angels is a family run company who deliver high quality person centred bespoke care to people in their own homes. We offer a variety of services including domiciliary, live in, 24 hour and social visits. We are able to provide domiciliary care in Wokingham and surrounding areas. Our care at home service allows you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home
The care we provide is tailored to your individual needs, with our visits starting at a minimum of 30 minutes a week.
Our highly trained carers are able to provide care for clients with many different conditions ranging from:
- dementia
- learning disabilities
- mental health
- PEG feeding
- catheter care
- stoma bags
- spinal & life changing injuries.
An example of tasks our fully trained carers can assist with are:
- Meal preparation
- Medication management
- Personal care
- Light household duties / cleaning
- Liaising with health professionals
- Companionship & social support
- Supporting you out in the community and take you to appointments
