At Gabriel’s Angels we have an experienced dedicated palliative care team who will support in providing excellent person centred care to enable you to remain in your own home for those who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness or are at end of life.

We work along side clients, families, health professionals involved to ensure that your care package is tailored to meet your individual needs.

We are able to provide additional emergency support at short notice, around the clock on a 1-2-1 basis.

‘A year ago-Gabriel’s Angels helped me care for my husband in the last two years of his life. He had a progressive neurological disorder which meant his needs were complex and constantly changing. The staff at Gabriel’s Angels were really proactive in enabling him to do as much as possible while he was able and then supporting him as he became increasingly disabled. The nature of his illness meant that some of his care needs were very specific to him. The staff undertook extra training so that they could manage the specialised treatments he required. We both very much wanted him to be able to continue living at home and, if possible, to die at home. With the support of Gabriel’s Angels he was able to do this with dignity and perhaps even more importantly, a great deal of humour. ‘
