Dementia Care
All of our carers have received in-depth beyond-requirement training to support people with dementia; from the early stages of memory loss, right through to the advanced stages of all types of dementia. Our personalised care plans have been designed around helping people with memory loss to accept having home care visits. They are written together with the client and their loved ones; gathering memories and understanding how they like to have things done and what they like to do.
